Engineers are creative and collaborative problem solvers that make a world of difference and help shape our future. Using design thinking, they solve problems that impact our everyday lives, including face masks that protect us and others from COVID19. In this activity, students will apply problem-solving and troubleshooting steps/methods and they’ll practice solving a problem like an engineer! In so doing, students will:
- identify cause-and-effect relationships
- apply problem-solving and troubleshooting steps/methods
- use techniques to support reasoning.
